Enrollment links

Shown read-only on the partner's dashboard and dealers page. One link is the common case; a partner with several scopes gets a named link per scope and picks from a dropdown when copying.

Setup Wizard sync

Pulls enrollment and setup progress from Setup Wizard. Dealers match by location id or website URL once, then stay keyed to their enrollment even if the domain changes. Extra enrollments for a location that is already linked are ignored as duplicates.

Data share backfill

The partner's Snowflake share holds the full connected book, including dealers that predate Setup Wizard. The backfill adds every location the portal is missing as a connected dealer, matched by location id. Run it after creating a workspace and any time the share grows; it never touches existing dealers.
